Over the years I’ve purchased several cars from independent dealers. All appear trustworthy until something goes wrong….and then things can get tricky and you sometimes feel abandoned. Although a hard to pin down suspension knocking noise did occur during the warranty period, Andrew had the car back and his mechanic spent some time investigating it. I didn’t mind this as a local garage hadn’t been able to pinpoint the problem. In the end it turned out to be a shock absorber, which Andrew had replaced and then had the car delivered 35 miles back to me. I feel Andrew/Andmarc gave the sort of after sales service I would want from every independent dealer. We bought our car from here not so long ago. Andrew was so helpful, informed us very clearly about the car and it's pirce. We found the car in that condition that he described to us. Around one month after the purchase we encountered a tricky fault, that our mechanic refused to repair. We called Andrew, took the car back to him and his mechanic. They did their best on a busy Saturday to repair our car that we could enjoy it again. Thanks again for your kindness and your generosity Andrew, much appreciated.
