Bought cla 220 from this trade with 6 months guarantee,1 month after automatic gearbox failed. Spent £3000 to fix. Contacted seller various times, he promised the car is in guarantee so will give your money back. Called lots of times to sorted out the money but never happened. Guarantee is fake. Seller rude, went to the office back the hotel but he always is not there. don't buy cars in that trade .

Avoid this dealer. Didn't deliver on what they promised including the 3 months warranty which is non existent. Also didn't send the V5 to DVLA after the purchase. Rang him a few times to sort out the issues; each time he either said he'll do it but never did or simply hung up. I've reported him to trading standards and he's since taken down the dealership website. The dealer is a complete waste of space..

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Con con con!!! Stay clear!!! I bought a car from Jay and when I booked the car for a service the garage I used noticed a discrepancy with the mileage on the service book and on the odometer of the car. The odometer shows 51,000 miles and the service book shows 114,000 miles. I contacted Jay to see if he can sort the issue after not hearing back from him I called several times asking him to resolve the issue giving him every opportunity to come to a resolution. On the last call he said I'm not dealing with this and just hung up on me... Also before I bought the car they said it was stolen and recovered after a mechanic looked in to some issues with the car they noticed it has been involved in a car crash and hasn't been fixed properly.... Still looking for a resolution on the matter... STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER AND DEALERSHIP

1* IS TOO GENEROUS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! These guys have sold me a car riddled with issues. They have a fraudulent MOT tester as the car was delivered to me a day after the MOT was passed - 5 bulbs out altogether, leaks from the front and back causing 30 litres of water to build up in the driver footwell. Things are broken, panels are poorly fitted and the rear suspension has collapsed on the driver side. The dealer is rude, NEVER returns calls when he says he will, made promises of sending some money back but after messing me around for days I’ve now come to realise I will have to go down the legal route, he’s given me every excuse under the sun and has now seemingly blocked my number. Note I tried to return the car as are my rights under the consumer rights act but they refused to take it back. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS - who informed me this company have a number of similar complaints they are investigating. AUTOTRADER - report made of dodgy dealership. Staff also told me they’d had other reports and were currently working with trading standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM ARTISTS!!!

They stated on the ad ‘free delivery’ and when we purchased the car, it was agreed that they’d drive it to our home. On the day, they didn’t turn up and then they called us and we had to pick up the car from Wembley, where they had gone to pick up another car. We live in Sutton and took us 4 hours in total, plus paying for travel card and petrol. They promised a (small) compensation and even that has not materialised. If you buy from these guys, don’t pay everything till they have delivered to you, if that’s what you have agreed.

Avoid! I recently went to view a car, situated in heart of spark brook, the "dealership" which was essentially a load of old cars parked up opposite a quarry; looked at the car absolutely nothing like the pictures, filthy inside and out, comes out with a car battery being ignorant on the phone. Honestly this guys a straight up cowboy do not purchase any car from him.
