The tour was good. A bit rushed but ok. The issues was on our way back to London the Coach Bus blew the two left rear tires on the M4 motorway. Without the extraordinary ability of Paul our driver we would have flipped and been hit by other vehicles on the motorway at 112 km/hr. 70 mph.Where the company fell flat there no robust emergency plan was in place. The very shaken driver was left to call and sort it out. We waited hours stuck in the shoulder of the motorway at risk of being hit from behind. It was about 3 hours from incident to a new bus arriving to take us back. Paul was informed late about a replacement bus. There should have been a call to motorway police to sit behind us with lights until all passengers and staff were safe. I highly recommend a review and risk analysis be undertaken and a robust emergency plan put in place with all staff trained in the emergency procedures. The evening office staff was less than helpful asking our drive to call and arrange for bus repair/tow. Happy to be alive due to drivers skill!

We had such a wonderful time touring Windsor Castle. To start, our guide Eva was very pleasant, warm and had a great sense of humor. She made the drive from London to Windsor seem like a flash. The Anderson bus was very nice, clean and new. They were very punctual and it was a very comfortable ride. As far as the visit to Windsor itself, it was simply breathtaking. The town is adorable and once you enter the walls of the castle, it’s like being transported to a magical place. We got to visit St. George’s Chapel and see The Queens final resting place. The dollhouse and staterooms are all impressive. We got to do a lot with the allotted time. Highly recommend this company and tour for an unforgettable visit to Windsor.

To start the tour off, the bus was an hour late picking us up. They blamed London traffic which is a cop-out as London always has traffic. The tour person (Steve) had never done this tour before and didn't communicate well enough about where to get the bus. Because of this, twice during the tour, people didn't make the bus at the right location, making us further late. Calling this a guided tour is a serious stretch, as there was no tour. They just dropped us off at the entrance, got our tickets, and told us to meet back sometime. I fully expected at least a partial guided tour with information. Overall a big disappointment and a waste of money. I should have just got the train from London and saved a bunch of money. To be clear the sites are well worth seeing, but don't do it with these people.
