Nice hotel, food is a bit pricey but love the location. The mocha coffee with burnt marshmallows is 👌 Recommend they have a host at the door so you know where your going, signage isn't great.

Right next to Liverpool station this is a great location. We had a work awayday in the ballroom which is a spectacular location. The staff were fantastic and we enjoyed the surroundings. I can imagine the rooms will be lovely.

Location was excellent and VERY POOR WIFI and everything else was average or below average. Breakfast buffet was cold and average just like their staff Room wasn’t clean till next evening. Mini bar was free but never go replenished. Asked for a toothpaste that never arrived. Most important the wifi was pathetic. It hardly ever worked For that price one expects better service

Lovely experience at this hotel. Our host Jason was really welcoming and even left me a note in my room upon arrival. The hotel also offered me a complementary drink upon arrival and the rooms were really nice. Breakfast was also amazing and had a wide range of options. The hotel is in a great location and well connected vis the tube station on liverpool street. I definitely recommend staying here for a weekend in London.

This place is amazing! The amenities and the rooms are superb. And the staff are second to none! Zaema was the only name I got, but she was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I had wonderful interactions with 3 other team members whose names I failed to get. But these people know what service and hospitality are, and I really appreciate that.
