First time using Neater. Wanted to get a feather down jacket and a pair of wool trousers dry-cleaned to remove some old staining. Looked at some well reviewed online pickup services and compared them to Cleaners in the greater Didcot area. Neater was definitely the best reviewed in the area and as the pricing was competitive with online services I thought best to support a local business. I wasn't disappointed. The Owners are extremely knowledgeable and professional. 3 day turn around at a price that beat their online competitors. Completely removed the staining on both items. I can't recommend Neaters enough and will be returning in the future!
