Unfortunately I have to report the same as many of the others. Really slow delivery and completely unapologetic. Ordered at the beginning of November, no mention of any delays. Chased up later in the month (we are all used to pretty quick shipping nowadays) and I was told not to expect it till the end of December. Chased again at the beginning of January and no response this time! It's not really good enough Andair - get your processes sorted!

The best general aviation airplane made is the Cirrus, and there is reason they use Andair fuel selectors. I have a 2nd hand duplex fuel selector and have been delighted with Andair's commitment to continuing product support, even where they did not book the sale. Andair makes a terrific product and the customer service is fast, direct and correct - they know their stuff. Darned if I can see how some of these reviews get created - I'm guessing the global supply chain creates problems and the negative reviews are so much venting.
