If this is your first time having an appointment here, bear in mind that THE POST CODE is different you have to search the building name in order to get there! If you search the POST CODE it leads you to a complete different place! And even more they have two different receptions for different types of appointments and won’t let you know before hand which receptions we have to let them know our appointments, all that made us get to our appointments 5 minutes late and the other receptions made it five more minutes late and they told us you can’t get to your appointment because you’re late! I’m sorry that I’m LATE BECAUSE OF YOUR INCORRECT POST CODE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!
