Our mum couldn't have been in better care than at Springfield. Professional, but very compassionate too. Not only was my mum cared for to the highest standard, but the staff took care of me and my sisters too while we visited, and ultimately on the final days of our mum's life. They could not have been more helpful and comforting. I hope we weren't too much of a burden during your busy days and nights. Thanks to Nikki, Rachel, Lianne, Abi, Vikki and others whose names I didn't manage to get, but you're all fabulous!

Brilliant Care home, they look after the residents very well. The place is very welcoming, cannot fault the staff, they’re happy and friendly and my dad absolutely loves it there. After seeing most of the care homes in Bradford and the state they were in I was very worried about my dad being in care until we found Springfield and we’ve never looked back, my dad’s getting very well looked after and is happy there which makes me happy.

My husband died in Springfield after 4 days. When the social worker got my husband in I was under the impression it was a nursing home and I did meet two nurses who where on duty different days they were charge of two floors the rest were mostly young people who were very pleasant but not enough experience in dealing with Oxygen or Catheters. After looking after my husband who was on Oxygen for 11 years I needed a break I feel looking after your loved ones at home is hard and the only help you get you pay for. The thing is young people think old people need nappies on, commodes at the side of their beds, (even if they have a toilet) and all old people can't drink out of cups and the managers don't tell them different. I pray I never need to go in any home or hospital but if I do pray it will be vetted and not taken on trust.
