My mum has been living here 2-3 years now and she loves it in the daytime her and some other residents sit in the lounge (they do also have their own livingrooms) and have a good chat and laugh and in the evening she loves watching the foxes from her window .

The staff were so unprofessional. The patients were left unattended. The staff members are not even qualified and are unprofessional. My experience working here was awful as staff hide the medical documents of service users so professional staff were sacked.
