My car has been at garage since 25th April, i was never contacted by them with an update on my car, it took me to contact them numerous times, then contacted my repair company to make sure things were getting done between them. Repair company have been alot more helpful but guy i was dealing with at garage didnt seem to know what he was doing. I spoke to him a few times to pass on messages from repair company but it took someone from the repair company to call the garage with z man in background eventually saying 1 particular part of the job could be done when i had only spoken to him about 20 mins before. Really not happy with lack of contact between them and myself especially as i always contacted them for updates NEVER the other way round. I have used Crawley branch before never having such issues and hope i dont have to use the Bromley branch ever again. Lets see how long it takes for me to eventually get my car back.

I was surprised by the quality of the cars. They are all so reasonably priced that I was expecting lower quality of the interior and tech available but they are great! Definitely on my consideration list for my next car!
