Very bad/awful service so far regard to part exchange, because they have Not cleared or Not been settled the figures with my ex financial company. I never recommend anybody to do part exchange with them. Calling every day 2-3 times a day since 05/05/2023 but no one returning my calls. I have serval time leave a messages and explain them, I can’t afford two cars instalment in each month but no taking care of. I believe made enough call since 05/05/2023. Please just settle the settlement figure with the other financial company and send me confirmation via email. Thanks

Excellent service from the start,picking up my car to return delivery. The only problem was i ordered from the parts dept a "chrome, rear bumper protector to be fitted on the service". And when I checked with service the wrong part was fitted? Service adviser did give me the option to change it ? But on reflection I believe, that what was fitted looks and works well for me.
