Online booking system does not work.. you book a slot and you get a call saying it is not available. Have had a Nissan Leaf serviced twice.. both times told it would take 1 hour 30 mins.. both times it took 2 hours 30 mins.. No parking bays for service cars. Car park always full and tight on soace

Horrible experience, avoid the Fiat department, unless you want to be greeted by unhelpful staff who can’t even remember their login password to check your details on the system and keep you waiting (with a newborn) for 45mins + while they try to remember it. I booked in for a service on my Fiat with Ancaster Shepperton, I have a service plan which means the service should be free, this was all clarified on the phone by a salesperson who booked me in, they even called me back themselves a few days later to confirm this. I travelled an hour to get there at 9am to drop off the car, to wait around to be told I would be charged and they don’t even do service plans at this branch. I was waiting around for ages while the receptionist tried to remember her password to check my details, she eventually had to ring someone else as she couldn’t remember her log in. When I said that her own staff members called me confirming my service plan and how was this confusion even possible, she just said she didn’t know and wasn’t able to tell me who called to confirm this or pass me on to her manager (still waiting for his call btw to discuss) extremely unhelpful, and a waste of my time. I think they booked me in hoping I would cave in and just pay for it seeing as I was there. Totally unimpressed with the ‘service’ received.

My FIAT 500 broke down. I phoned up and arranged for a repair, and they confirmed that the car could be delivered by the breakdown company today. When the recovery truck arrived, they informed the driver they could not take it as their FIAT technician had left and they did not repair FIATs any more! They then left it to me to find an alternative dealer. The recovery truck is taking it to the new dealer now. The recovery truck driver tells me he had arranged a meeting about his mother's funeral today which he'll have to miss because of this. What a shambles.
