We have just sold our Jeanneau 39DS through the Ancasta Port Solent office and I have to say that we are delighted with the service from Oliver and Geraint. Oliver was our main contact but both chaps were an absolute joy to do business with. They were extremely professional, diligent and persistent ensuring that we obtained the best possible result in the best timeframe. Oliver deserves particular praise for his patience in humouring some of the more challenging "tyre kickers" that turn up to view boats. Steer clear! I understand boats have to be exchanged but as a broker of any stance you would have thought a particular preference to what you have on your books would be made and priced accordingly.... the boat we bought was not one of them and we where stung accordingly! The only fact you got 1 star is because it has to be had to post here.

They advised exactly what we needed to do to attract the right buyer for our boat, and then they marketed our boat, and handled enquiries and the entire sales process very professionally, which took a who,e load of hassle away from us. They recommended trusted suppliers to us, and made sure the small bits of work actually got done. They handled the negotiations brilliantly and managed the sale documentation too.
