Such an affordable treat! I tried the far infra red sauna and then massage, to help with my Dis Eases and need for detox and cleansing...1 hour each for £50. Very relaxed. Friendly. Alternative healing with experienced and professionals. I felt healed, relaxed and cleansed more so than most other alternative therapies. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Anahata for a few months for osteopathy with Venetia and all I can say is wow 🤩 what an amazing difference she has made. She has relieved me of the pain and muscle spasms I was getting in my neck, shoulder and back and even helped with other areas of concern, she is now concentrating on getting full movement back into my shoulder. Venetia is lovely. She’s positive, cheerful and caring. We always have a lovely chat while she is treating me, it’s almost like a therapy session. I’m quite disappointed with myself for only just discovering Anahata health clinic now because they offer so much and if you are part of the ‘be well’ scheme the prices of the treatments are affordable and reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to when they reopen properly so I can take full advantage of the scheme and the wonderful treatments they offer.

Anahata is an absolute gem. I've used Anahata for several years for various treatments to support my chronic health conditions - acupuncture, kinesiology, osteopathy, massage, pregnancy yoga classes. Every therapist I've seen has been brilliant, they are very talented and excellent at what they do. Anahata has always offered good value but their new Bewell club is brilliant, such a great idea for those who use the centre regularly. They offer such a wide range of treatments and classes and all staff are welcoming, it's a really special place, and my favourite place to go for treatments.

I have been a user of Anahata Health centre for 3 years now. Worked with 2 osteopathy practitioners, 1 massage practitioner and different yoga instructors (shoutout to my fav Rosie). They stayed open over 2020/2021 pandemic and lockdowns with all the required precautions which was amazing and needed. Always such nice & kind service, would recommend!
