I was lucky enough to visit the newly opened Anabela Chan Joaillerie store in August and it is spectacular. The pink and floral fantasy was a welcome change from having spent so much time in my less exciting flat in lockdown. I was hesitant to shop "in person" at that time with retail stores having only recently reopened but Ms. Chan and her team are taking all precautions with PPE and limiting numbers in the store for social distancing so I felt very comfortable. Ms. Chan runs a dynamic ecommerce business and I follow her on Instagram but there is no substitute for seeing and trying on the jewellery in real life. I had been eyeing the recycled aluminium collection throughout lockdown and it was exciting to try on the earrings in real life. Her staff cleaned each item carefully before and after use. Shopping at the flagship boutique was a delight!
