    Every class is different and I love coming along each week to see what Amy has set up! It’s a really friendly group. I’ve also had a block of PT sessions which were totally aimed at me and what I wanted to achieve. Amy is great at concentrating on your well being as well as weight loss/ muscle gain. I would highly recommend to anyone that need that extra push in getting fit!

Challenge, encouragement and improvements are all offered in a relaxed and comfortable environment. A fantastic class at a great price!
