They arrived on time on each visit and James and Tom were polite and professional. I cannot praise them enough for supplying us with exactly what we wanted. Fabulous customer service. We really can’t fault Amtrim (and James in particular) for their communication and patience when explaining to us how the canopy would look and work. We were particularly dim when it came to understanding the draft drawings and everyone was very tolerant of our persistent pestering phone calls for yet more clarification! We also can’t get over the quality of both the material and the workmanship – and Pixie and Coco are extremely grateful for the “doggie doors”! No more escaping for them!
