    Motorcycle Retailing over the years has moved to a highly marketed & regulated commercial model. AMR is friendly motorcycle retailer who is a bit old School, but it the best possible way. There is no pressure or driven sales staff and they proved a great team to buy my last bike from. The service team are engaging and always happy to help no matter how big or small the job may be. A motorcycle dealership like it should be. I found the pricing to be fair and the level of workshop services outstanding in comparison with other dealers I have used. Sometimes you just stumble upon great outlet and AMR is one of them.

    Buyers beware of this dealer! I contacted them recently to ask for advice on a problem with my 2021 Benelli TRK 502, which they had supplied from new. It's factory fitted with a tracker which drains the battery in >60 hours. No problem if you can keep it on a trickle charger, but mine is kept on a public carpark. The service manager wouldn't talk to me but I overheard him dismissing my query saying, 'all new bikes do that'. Secondly, they forgot to register the bike for the warranty when they first supplied it and, when asked, refused to do it. Luckily MotoGB, the main agent, was happy to do so for me without any fuss. Also, a big shout out to CMS Motorcycles, Exeter, who sorted the discharging problem by simply disconnecting the tracker.

    Having booked ahead for a test ride on a Royal Enfield Meteor,on arrival the bike was all good to go.After the test ride which left me with a favourable opinion of the model that I had chosen.On return we got right down to it and filled out both the order and all the extra toys. Today I picked up my new bike and can highly recommend AMR should you wish to view,test drive and buy not only a Royal Enfield,Bennelli or indeed a wee Keeway.
