Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and very patient with the sale on our house always checking in when arranged to check on progress and offering guidance and help when needed, and thanks to Tom for stepping in on Andrews days off, great to always have someone to answer queries. After sale, so offer excepted and full steam a head on sales with every party having solicitors it was nice to have check ins from Suzanne and emails to confirm details which kept everything moving smoothly. Amos sent me to a property promising a landlord would meet me, not only was a landlord not there 3 other men were looking around the property and two of the tenants were there one was half naked in bed and the other was bothered about showing everyone around, pictures where not of the flat, flat needed to be redecorated, a good clean and there was sheets being used as curtains. As a young woman who visited with her 7 month baby felt very unsafe and when tried to message Amos and tell them I got a text back saying "sorry for the inconvenience" Wouldn't recommend I'd give no stars if I could
