Not only do they concentrate on making the sale but also looking after their client's welfare as well - I suffer from back pain and it was a while until I could get the chair that we ordered so they bought back the chair I had on a 2-weekly trial for me to keep until my chair was delivered! I would recommend them to anyone :)
