Excellent food reasonable value and service to match. Great for a night out. Parking in Overton is not always easy. Try the London Road car park.

Booked online only an hour before we were due to arrive, but they could fit us in and we even got a window table. (It being a Monday could have something to do with that). Friendly server, who knew without asking that meals can be adapted as they are made fresh so my intolerance to cheese could be accommodated. She also remembered our drinks order - very good! Food was tasty and plenty. The only downside was that it took a while to come - I'm not sure why, as it wasn't very busy. Also one of the desserts we had ordered wasn't available. But all in all a good experience. Knocked off a star for these small inconveniences. Also because my husband told me the flush in the men's toilets wasn't working and when he told them they admitted that they knew but hadn't yet fixed it. :-(

The restaurant was recommended by a friend, and I am glad they did. The staff from the outset were very friendly and helpful. The portion sizes were amazing. During our celebratory meal a large party who arrived after us were complaining that our three year old being too noisy, some hope given that there were 8 diners at their table and all were talking so loudly. But the staff quickly relocated us to a new table the Window seat, and settled our little girl down with fresh roses and a colouring set. I would definitely recommend this family run restaurant for any special meal that you are planning. Excellent service and fantastic food. Kid-friendliness: The staff were excellent Maria in particular, she really bonded with our 3 year old daughter making her lunch really special
