Ammonite Cottage
The cottage is an excellent place that you can enjoy as ‘home’. It is well renovated with everything you may need provided and the ambience within is embracing. During the week we stayed, we met neighbours and locals who were all very helpful and welcoming. Also it provides an ideal base from which to explore the Dales and visit some delightful villages and scenes. Other reviewers have mentioned many of the places we explored and walked. There are many terrific country pubs in which to eat and we especially enjoyed the Crown at Hutton-le-hole and The Foresters Arms at Kilburn. But there are many more. We take away lots of experiences and memories including this delightful cottage. Highly recommended.
