ACCA exam cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, very nonchalant attitude, "yes, system problems happen very often". I had to scramble to re book somewhere else last minute (it was an on demand exam) and a month later I am yet to see a refund. I've had to escalate through my card to have any hope to see my money again.

I've had a horrible experience, having prepared to take my exam ACCA amity college cancelled two days prior to my exam. I have requested a refund and yet to hear from them although sometime has passed. I will be reporting them to ACCA. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND USE A MORE FAMILIAR CBE PROVIDER !!!!!!

I swear, and I'm going to be honest, all of those who trying to learn English language in this institute. I have lost 1000pound last year by making decision to do admission in this English learning centre Unfortunately, when did that, there wasn't proper stuff and learning material. They give you one old teacher with book to teach different level of English students in the same class, which is unfair for all those students who pay much for low quality of such institute. Note: Keep in mind, this institute doesn't Refund your Money if you don't like it. None of the costs are returned to me
