I used to like this place but recently I stopped by and saw 'Japanese' cast iron teapots on the display. I lived in Japan for a couple of years and some of them didn't look/feel quite authentic to me. I turned one upside down to see the maker and was completely shocked to see a label from TK Maxx MADE IN CHINA (not Japan) that they didn't even bother to remove. Selling £20 items for £95 and ripping off the customers pretending to be some sort of a temple is disgusting. Will never be back.

High quality, handmade & unique Chinese crafts with great ambience & service. The interior is beautiful & relaxing with the smells of the incense & calming Buddhist chanting. They have a range of boutique handmade tea sets, ceramics, teas, natural incense, books & jewellery. I bought a handmade imperial jade bracelet which I love as it is a modern take on a Chinese tradition of wearing jade bangles. They are made in store and if anything goes wrong they are happy to fix it for you. I love that I can put it on and take it off so easily. Also bought a beautiful bowl from a small village which is one of a kind since they are handmade. They also used to run meditation classes upstairs in the morning and I participated in a few. The incense are some of the best I've ever smelled and all natural. Pick up a complimentary Buddhist book as well. A tranquil space. Thanks Yiqing!
