If you're reading these reviews to find out how meditation and mindfulness can benefit you then you're in good hands. I have been on a journey for many years to discover the "right" spiritual path and find a discipline in improving my practice. I'm glad to say I have found it in Jo's wonderful teaching methods. Jo provides a safe and nurturing environment to explore those willing to go deeper into themselves. Highly recommended :-)

I love coming to see Jo for meditation or one of her valuable courses. I always find it so calming, uplifting and positive. A habit I will be making for life! In this crazy world we all need a bit of the Leigh Buddhist Centre. You won’t be disappointed 😊

I've been coming here for over a year for the group meditation sessions, along with a couple of special events to study Buddhism in more depth. The quality of the meditations is fantastic, and I've learnt a huge amount. Jo, who runs the classes, is highly knowledgeable, and always willing to explore the ideas behind the meditations in more depth. Come to some classes and get your zen on.
