Last week, did not empty my bin - This week did not empty my bin because the wind had blow the lid off. Spoke with the Council, very patronising, telling me it was the colour of my bags - I am shielding and the colour of my waste bags is not a priority. I am or feel like I am being victimized. Even my neighbours trip to the tip to help was thwarted, absolutely empty, but would not let in as no appointment. Are these people living in the same world as us !!!!!!!!!!!!
