What a brilliant experience - Carole and Phill were incredibly patient and accommodating. We initially booked an appointment and got to choose frames, mounts, and glass finishes. There was no rush at all and as we had an appointment it meant that we didn’t need to wait at all. Once we chose our options, we paid a deposit and then eagerly waited for our items to be individually framed. We’ve gone to collect them and they are perfect. You can tell the handmade quality and attention to detail that has been put in to these. Worth every penny, I’m certain they will outlast us! Overall, a wonderful experience, dealing with kind and friendly people. If only every experience was like this. Very highly recommended and will definitely return for future framing.

Friendly and straightforward service. Very knowledgeable and keen to help. Turnaround time is a little long but that's only down to the popularity of the place. We have had a few pictures framed here. We chose the non reflective glass for a special cross stitch made for us and it doesn't even look like there is glass covering it. Nothing to spoil the beautiful piece beneath.
