Maybe a one off but the store opening time is 10am but when I gote there it was closed, manager was running late, finally it opened at 10.30ish. Otherwise spoke to another staff who was very helpful and good I manage to find a store near me that I can visit.

Considering its free to do, my recent club fitting was pretty good. Friendly and helpful team there and has given me a much better idea which sort of clubs i should be looking at. In terms of the shop itself it has to be said its not great. Too much of certain brands and not enough of other more renowned ones. Prices are not competitive unless on the sale rails.

Very poor communication. The Golf Clubs I ordered are now 4 months late and I’ve not had one email or call from them unless I’ve contacted them for an update. This is not the place to buy your golf clubs.

When you get here check in straight away. If your number is higher than 20 it will take about an hour or two before you play, go to the Atria watford mall to kill some time. If you're higher than 40 it will take 3 to 4 hours before you play. The mall is about a 5 min drive.

Do not Price match. Expensive. Bought a putter, found same one in the evening from another retailer £30.00 cheaper + free golf umbrella + 5% discount on first order. Multiple email exchanges with AG customer aftersales fruitless. Bought using gift vouchers so could not use their 30 day returns policy as they would only refund gift vouchers.
