    EXTREMELY DIABOLICAL AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! Went to Manoj in November 2020 to order a door supplied by Domadeco as well as an arch window to match the door for the front of my house. He told me he is a Manufacturer and supplier and I should order the door directly with him but after speaking to Domadeco directly today he is just a fitter and should not be claiming to be a manufacturer or supplier of the Domadeco doors or products!!! The order was placed with Manoj in Nov 2020, he then messed me around for months claiming there is delay due to covid and he hasnt received the order etc. i have chased him and chased him and chased him for months and every time got a new excuse some of which include; 1) "sorry we cut the window frame wrong so we have to redo it" 2) "sorry the company ive sent your frame to, to be bent has closed down due to covid for a month" 3) "sorry i have had 30 doors ordered over winter and i am struggling to keep up" 4) "sorry we have big orders i am dealing with so we will get to you dont worry" 5) "sorrywe will fit it in 2 weeks" and then when 2 weeks is over i will get more excuses..... I have waited until April 2021 for my order to arrive, after months of chasing and shouting at him over the phone also having to drive down all the way to the company address as he stopped picking his phone up only for him to turn up on a weekend to fit the door, he has then opened the door out of its packaging and for me to realise he has ordered an inward opening door whereas I specifically ordered an outward opening door. The door specification was also not the correct height as it had a huge gap at the bottom and the top of the frame which wouldve meant he wouldve just fit the door by adding filling and then tons of foam to cover it up. i also had to ask for a full refund for my Arch window which was already extremely over priced at £2000 for one window! and it was a window he couldnt deliver on and so made tons of excuses over the months where he finally gave up and said he couldnt do it because it was too complicated for him. Again after months and months and months of chasing him, he has never picked up the phone to call me once to tell me there is a delay, there is an issue with my order etc. I have always been the one to chase him and after he brought the wrong door to my house and had to take it back, he informed me he will re-order the door for me urgently and get it replaced. He then went to his office and on Monday 19/04/2021 he told me he has placed the order for a new door and it will be with me within 4 weeks as an urgent order. On thursday 22/04/2021 i have called Manoj to confirm my order and whether its been placed and he has told me his customers and the company are not making outward opening doors anymore as alot of people are complaining that water comes into the house when its raining!!!! This guy has treated me like an absolute Joke. I asked for my refund immidiately and he said he will drop off the cash to my house over the weekend as i had paid in cash. i asked for a specific time and he said 4 pm on saturday 24/04/2021. At 4.30 pm I have called him to find out where he is as he hasnt turned up and he says to me; "i am at work i will finish by 7pm and head to you, i dont need your stupid money" and slams the phone down on me. He has returned my money now and caused me 6 months of grief, headaches and everything you can think of. I dont know how this man runs a business!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FROM AMCO.

    The AMCO team replaced the old windows in my property with new triple glazed ones. The windows were ready in record time and the fitting was done in two days. I had another builder over on the same day the windows were getting fitted and he was impressed with the quality and the fitting. 5 star for the overall experience.
