Firstly, my review is about Amchara customer service. Not even got there but not through the want of trying! I was attracted to this retreat because of the great reviews it has but not for their customer service. I have been telephoning Amchara all day. 'Hello, this is the Amchara booking line we're sorry we on busy at the moment please leave your number and someone will contact you' Left three messages but no return telephone call! If all you happy people managed to book perhaps you might share the secret or is this some kind of exclusive club that is only open to the initiated! Off to find another retreat that isn't so successful as Amchara as clearly they have no time for customer service......what is funny is that they are open 24/7 god forbid they were only open for the normal 8 hours. Sorry to spoil the party with this review but i consider customer service as important as the service offered. It's very interesting that they are apparently so good at what they do but cannot be bothered to answer a simply telephone call! Here's wishing all those of you who managed to speak to them a great experience, unlike mine!

My stay at the Amchara Retreat in Somerset was remarkable. From the moment I arrived to when I left, I was treated with excellent hospitality and warmth. This can be put down to the incredible staff, who were constantly helpful, friendly and easy to connect with. They went the extra mile to make sure that the guests at Amchara felt comfortable and were able to settle in without any hassle. Going into the experience I was intrigued about the variety of treatments offered by Amchara, and I was not at all disappointed. I found that the advice and initial conversation held with the neuropath gave me a tailored and personalised level of treatment that set up the rest of my stay. Following this, I was able to book treatments that would complement my objectives, making my Amchara visit feel exceptionally unique. I was incredibly impressed by the wide array of facilities, and the feeling of immersion and peace in the tranquil countryside setting. The visit also gave me plenty of perspective with regards to introducing some of the practices into my lifestyle in London. I was not only able to take a break from the fast-paced nature of the city, but also return with different ways to effectively revitalise and detoxify my body. I cannot recommend Amchara enough to anybody who is looking for an influential, relaxing and life-changing experience.
