His confidence and self-esteem have improved massively, and as well as learning new skills, making lots of new friends. The instructors, assistant coaches and welfare officers are an amazing bunch who have a fantastic rapport with all their students, and really do bring out the best in them. Fantastic school for learning the Korean martial art, 3rd instructor Andy is fantastic to learn from, very patient in showing us the right way and classes are fun for ALL AGES, currently coming up to a year training with him and looking forward to carrying on all the way. If you want to get fit and learn an Olympic Martial Art then definitely pop over and have a go, once you get the bug it's hard to not carry it on
