I spoke to 3 surveyors in the Harrogate area and the response and level of service from AMC was head and shoulders above the other two. The office staff replied to emails almost immediately, the surveyor Aidan McCaffery was available to talk through the job and what needed doing. Due to a family emergency there was a sense of urgency about the house purchase and AMC kindly brought forward the survey in order for us to complete the purchase and move my family member in earlier than expected. Aidan also called me after the survey to offer feedback and the report was with us within 24 hours. The office staff also followed up with a phone call as did the surveyor. I cant remember having this level of remarkably outstanding service for a long time. Everything from start to finish was tip top, I would thoroughly recommend AMC Surveyors to everyone. Amazing service, amazing company and they don't charge Harrogate prices too! Thank you so much for everything. 5 Stars all around.
