NEVER join this agency. They are one of the worst. I absolutely hate and despise “Eddie”, one of their consultants. He has never given me a single shift. He never sent me any message regarding the available shifts. I found out through a colleague who works with him. Apparently, she gets daily messages about shift offers from him. When I called his attention and confronted him about this, he made a lame excuse and promised to include me on the “text broadcast” so that I could receive a shift offer but he never did. They did not even deserve a single star rating.

I joined AMC 1 year ago and I have always had work. I don’t believe nurses are not offered work because Jack the senior consultant is always messaging all nurses about new contracts. They always pay higher than other agencies even within the London areas If you wish to earn higher rates you need to be flexible and willing to travel. Jack is always ready to help with any problems also he regularly phones his nurses to find out how everything is going. If your hard working and willing to work there are always shifts especially now winter time.

Do not join this agency. I repeat do not join . They will call you telling you they've got plenty of shifts telling you all these stories, begging you to go through compliance. Trust me. When you join, nothing. Not a single shift. Zero. When you complain they just ignore you. They'll tell you you'll get paid 45 day rates. All a lie. Don't waste your time.
