We needed a garden office as my current office was being converted into a nursery and I sought multiple quotes from various companies in the sector. AMC stood out from competitors as extremely professional, responsive and were, helpfully, relatively local to us (I visited their showroom). In addition, a neighbour on our road had used AMC for their room and spoke very highly of their work. I was fairly exacting in my requirements and details (down to the manufacturers of the windows/doors) but Martin and the team couldn’t have been more knowledgable about all aspects of the process and, after considering various sizes and designs, I settled on using AMC. At the last minute, I was also made the decision to add decking and a garden shed/bike storage and they were brilliant in providing an updated design to reflect this. They were also able to provide, through a third party, the electrics and wifi connection as I preferred an all inclusive approach to avoid unnecessary delays and aligning schedules and complications arising from working across various companies. Our interactions with AMC were consistently excellent, they created designs rapidly and allowed us to make modifications as the process evolved. The quote was comparable to inferior quality garden rooms elsewhere and they even threw in a £250 John Lewis voucher (which was very handy for baby stuff!). Also, we were actually somewhat relieved that the lead in time for the build was a few months, as it showed they were in high demand. There were a couple of issues after completion with the dimmer lights and the shed door (due to damp conditions expanding the wood), but Sandra and Fred were very responsive and got them sorted quickly. We are very pleased with our garden room and many visitors have commented on getting their own after seeing it, thank you AMC!

We spotted exactly what we wanted in a AMC advert in the local village magazine, the garden room was exactly as we needed. Even during these Covid times the MD/Estimator was able to visit and give me a detailed quote. The build started on time and finished on time, and was exactly what we wanted. We had a selection of different trades on site and all did their tasks with great skill and respect for my wishes for a high standard of finish. Also luckily they all took their coffee, black no sugar, so that was easy! Must be part of the T’a & C’a to work for them. Thank you Kate and your team.

I wanted a garden room that was more than 2.5m high. Most of the companies I contacted only build 2.5m high max. Only AMC Garden Rooms agreed to build a garden room 3m high. Martin Green designed the room which was drawn to excellent standard. I had an amazing experience from the start to completion of my build.
