They took bloody ages man, not gonna lie. We had a friend with a serious head wound, ambulance still took over an hour to arrive. The people on the phone kept regurgitating the same redundant info; they weren’t interested in the fact that the patient’s condition was worsening. Luckily it seemed to be a superficial wound, but could just as easily have been fatal. No urgency was applied!

My elderly father and I have used this service on a number of occasions in the last year. We think the staff are fabulous. Yes sometimes we have had to wait a while but the paramedics are worth waiting for. They are professional, empathic and utterly brilliant. they do not earn enough. Thank you so much for your caring and professional approach. The jewel in the crown has to be when you came out on the day of the frozen snow this year complete with shovels to dig us out. We have no idea where we would be without you all and that includes the first responders and the 999 and 111 telephone staff. Thank you so much xx
