I can not thank Theresa and Caroline infact all of the staff (these 2 in particular who i dealt with) enough. They were so professional empathetic and always on hand and nothing was too much of an effort.They coped with my breakdowns and also we had a laugh which at that time was so needed Phil was treated with such respect by all of the staff and they ensured my wishes were followed He looked so smart peaceful and at ease free from all the suffering when i saw him for the last time and that is a huge heartfelt thank you from me ! The service was lovely the bearers etc were so respectful ( i forget the ladies name who led the courtege ) Thank you all so much xx
