not had no experience myself i live local and its disgusting how many times myself or neighbours have had to escort old ladys back that have got lost walking round streets in there pyjamas freezing cold not knowing where they are just witnessed a little old lady cross the main road and was nearly run over staff are useless and need take more care

Look after my Mum really well yet she is still independent having her own apartment. 24hr care on site puts my mind at rest. Coffee mornings every morning and different activities every afternoon if you want to attend. Brilliant place.
