    Purchased a New Build apartment last year in May and since then, the boilers have failed to work multiple times. As I am writing this in January, our boiler has yet again stopped working. my neighbours and I also have issues with our underfloor heating where some rooms just won’t heat up. On the 1st visit, the engineer said the heating was working fine and disagreed with what I was saying, I was not convinced and got him back out, only for him to finally do a test and confirm that we had no heating in one of the rooms. We have since contacted 2 other buildings nearby who have confirmed they are also having similar issues with Ambivent. If you are a developer, I strongly advise you do homeowners a favour and find another company!
