Having tried a number of on line suppliers we found Ambion and have used them for approx 3 years for our fire wood. The wood is great quality, reasonably priced and always available. Whoever answers the phone at Ambion be it Andrea, David or Michael the response is always positive, upbeat and friendly Delivery is never a problem and a convenient date is always possible even at short notice. Put simply Ambion supply great fire wood with no gimmicks and provide great customer service into the bargain!!

Avoid! This company has taken away my privacy, destroyed my fence and refused to be accountable, last Friday I returned from work to find a tree had been knocked down into my garden breaking several fence panels, I challenged the machine operator and was told he didn’t do it, he refused to give me the number for Dave Saunders ( his boss) so I took the office number off the 360 machine, I called the office and was told “ I know you people “ I thought that strange I we clearly were not acquainted, anyway it was quite apparent that the conversation was pointless, so I have emailed this company with pictures of the machines bucket actually doing the damage and I will give a reasonable period for rectification Before having to get the remedial work done at my expense and pursue costs through the court. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS COMPANY!
