Genuinely great service. I bought two tubs of bona floor adhesive (significantly cheaper than every other store and no delivery charge). Unfortunately, even though they were well packaged, one had been damaged in transit. I discovered this on opening the box three days after delivery. I messaged the company on Sunday and a replacement tub was delivered Tuesday.

From day one, we felt Vaughan and the team were a huge help with our plan to replace our old lounge carpet with wooden flooring. Vaughan clearly explained the pros and cons of our initial idea of installing bamboo flooring. After a good run through multiple quality and colour options we were advised on the best oak panelling option taking into account things like the amount of natural light and durability needed. At all times we felt we were getting professional advice, and the service throughout was excellent: prompt ordering, storage of the flooring while we confirmed the fitting date, free delivery when we were ready to receive it and recommendation of an excellent fitter. We are really pleased with the floor and would definitely recommend Vaughan and the team at Ambience.
