I ordered 2 x radiator covers. The first two to arrive were both damaged with obvious manufacturing defects. To be fair these were dealt with by them replacing the defective elements. Now that the "new" fronts are painted you can see a bulge on the front of both where the upright parts are attached to the horizontal parts. Very disappointed and would not recommend

Strongly recommended and a no brainer 5 star rating. I ordered two bespoke radiator covers in oak and with a lacquer finish and they look fantastic. They were actually for quite large storage heaters rather than radiators so I needed a greater than standard depth - that and other customisations (cut outs for skirting boards and electrical sockets) were accommodated without problem and at minimal additional cost. Don't be put off by the need for self assembly of these covers - it just needs a few screws to fix the 4 parts together, and it was helpful for me to have the option to leave the top loose for easy access to controls when needed. I should also mention the very robust and careful packaging that ensured the parts arrived safely.

I ordered a made to measure radiator cover which was quite expensive. I spent ages measuring exactly and communicating clearly. When the product arrived, they had cut a thermostat access door in the wrong place. I have asked them repeatedly to send me a new side piece but I just got fobbed off and told it was 'in the post' when clearly it wasn't. The quality of the cabinet is good but I didn't get a good service and I'm left with a radiator cabinet with a hole in it in the wrong place. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

We have had a number of custom sized radiator covers from Amber and they are excellent quality. The painted finish is particularly good and they are sturdy and well made with simple assembly instructions and all hardware provided. There was a small problem with one of our most recent purchases which was dealt with quickly and professionally; the mark of a great company who look after their customers. We'll be back for more covers in the future. Recommended.
