I would highly recommend and always support local businesses. I stupidly snapped the key, while it was inside the ignition barrel. I called Amber Locksmiths said he would be here in 20 min and arrive in 15. For those who are slating, he couldn't find the location with a Sat Nav. Bear in mind that the SatNav will not pinpoint you to the exact location. Ara called me when he was lost. All it took me 30 secs to say I would wait outside and wave him down. Anyways we discussed the quotes before we got down to business mine wasn't an easy job, and he tried his absolute best to try and get it out. He didn't give up, and in the end, I told him to give up as I can see he had exhausted all options before moving on to the job which I think is outstanding service bearing in mind it was dark and pouring with rain, anyways, in the end, it needed a new ignition barrel, he gave me a reasonable price and as a goodwill gesture he even programmed two keys and threw in 2 extra spares. He also ensured my car was tidy and the dashboard was put back together exactly how it was from the start. He also built an excellent report throughout the work a proper gentleman old school excellent work ethic and is passionate about his work, and takes great pride, which is rare. Absolutely amazing service! Two remote keys created within about an hour for a car which stumped another 5 locksmiths and mechanics. Ira is an absolute magician mechanic! Thank you so much for coming out to see me same day. The service was quick, professional and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for anymore. I give my highest recommendation to Amber Locksmiths!

A fantastic experience, travelled all the way from Guildford to south london to sort my car out. Called at 2pm and was here by 6pm fantastic service, fast & efficient. Could not fault this business whatsoever. I was stuck at an airport carpark after forgetting my keys after a very late arrival (early hours of the morning). Amber locksmith came to my rescue and swiftly got me back on the road with such a very professional service but also with such a great manner. I highly recommend.
