Arrived on time. Pleasant driver, gave me a hand with my bags. He went a very strange route to the airport though, doubling back on himself after a long detour. Fare came to £5 more than usual, which meant he got £5 less tip. Why can't drivers either follow the satnav, learn the way, or take direction?
