Any insurance company can really only be judged when a claim is made. Sian has been helpful throughout a complex claim, during which we had a dispute with Zurich. very unprofessional and very poor service. Used them for two businesses and home insurance and over this time there have been blunders, a lack of help when something goes wrong and poor communication. The most recent problem is that i am expected to pay 8 months insurance on a business that doesn't exist. Will never use again.

After suffering a major flood I would personally like to thank and highly recommend amb insurance services Ltd, as well as Andrew and all the team. They were on site within hours of my initial phone call, they have dealt with the loss adjuster from Aviva on my behalf and have negotiated a full settlement of my claim within 7 days. The whole process from start to finish has been dealt with in such a professional manner and the service has been unparalleled to any other broker or insurer I have dealt with in the past, especially at such a stressful time. The disruption to my business has been minimal and it has provided me with confidence going forward should such an event happen again.
