Shocking delivery, terrible attitude of the delivery driver. Can’t complain direct to Amazon as they don’t want to know. Caught delivery driver on camera chucking our parcel at the front door, no knock , no photo of delivery just left on the floor with no one in. Had to chance it was still there when I got home 4 hours later. No way to treat peoples property

Tracked parcel which was 3 stops away (vehicle in next street up road) then said I was next. Vehicle didn't even come down my road, which there was no reason for this ie no roadworks etc and then immediately said delivery attempted.....LIES - CCTV to prove this. Says on tracking that unable to gain access to front door..... It's a house with no gates etc - very easy to gain access to knock door. Also sign stating that if no reply to leave parcel with house number ..... I think driver needs to be questioned as I think they just couldn't be bothered. Told will try again tomorrow - not good enough as have waited in for this which on prime is for delivery TODAY as this is needed TODAY!!!!!!
