Amazing service from Amazon. The only I faced when I collected my parcel was the location, it wasn’t detailed enough to say it’s inside the parking and also it didn’t say it is on the first floor not the ground floor! Which I spent around 15 min looking for it! Already have a feedback to amazon and hopefully they will amend this.
