2 separate deliveries. One on Thursday and one today. (Saturday). Driver unable to deliver as they can't find my address. Been living here 4 years and had no problems with other couriers. 2nd parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. No idea where it has been delivered to. Cancelled both items and closed my Amazon account. .

Seems to be a dodgy set up, some staff taking electrical goods out of boxes and sending empty boxes to customers. Video when opening expensive items get evidence Amazon customer Services Don't believe you as a customer then advise you the customer to progress investigation for them then no contact process. Poor, poor poor situation should do better.
