We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again, we would highly recommend contacting them if you have an ambition to convert your loft space. We obtained three comparative quotes, Amazing Lofts delivered the cheapest quote and also fixed the price so that there were no additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances. A scheduled payment plan was clear and agreed up front so all involved were clear on the expectations throughout the project. One of the standout features of the team is their great communication, we were kept in informed about the progress of the project and what was coming up next and felt fully informed throughout the whole project. The team were polite, helpful, and kept everything clean and tidy. The quality and finish are exceptional, with no complaints, giving the whole team 5 stars for the quality of their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Amazing Loft Conversions to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team of builders in Sheffield.   The Amazing Loft Conversions team has the most professional builders in Sheffield. There is no doubt about it. We had various work done to our house and are still in the middle of the refurbishment. And none of the workers are getting anywhere close to the performance of Amazing Loft Conversions. I would use them again immediately. 1. Great communication. I knew exactly where they were up to and what is next. 2. The builders were polite, helpful and kept everything clean. 3. There were no additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances. They accommodated small changes without cost increases. 4. They finished the work within a reasonable time. (5 months) 5.   A very professional company , they quoted quickly for our loft conversion, provided lots of advice on design of the space and a very competitive price. Ivars and his team did a fantastic job, the team were so helpful and efficient and allowed us to tweak details to make the build suit our individual needs. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they made the build easy to fit in with our family life.   I used Amazing Lofts across a broad spectrum of significant home modifications; including a full roof replacement, loft conversion, garage renovation and a variety of knock-throughs and external re-rendering. I was careful to check out their previous work with prior customers, as I found the quotes very competitive. Everyone had very positive things to say about Amazing Lofts and I am no different. I was blown away by their work ethic and ability to react to confounding variables along the way. Considering how competitive on cost they were I had accepted that my expectations for quality of finish should be reasonable and not too high. However I was most impressed with their attention to detail and creative solutions to complex build scenarios. I was so impressed that if I ever had need for joiners or the likes, I call Ivars and see if he has availability to accommodate me within his schedule. Strongly recommend - this is the only building firm I will ever use moving forward.
