My daughter went here for only a handful of days, from the experience I had from staff they are polite and caring however overall I was not impressed. You are not allowed into the settling so I am not at ease as I can’t physically see her settle as I don’t like leaving her crying. Another downfall was I was told no jewelry (baby bracelets) as it could hurt my little one or other children which I totally understand however the staff member who came to collect her was wearing dangling earrings bracelets and many rings which made me think rules obviously don’t apply to everyone and found it much more unsafe. And finally I felt the one to one interaction was missing. I received no updates on the app over the short course she attended. I felt overall the settling wasn’t planned as they told me they had multiple children settling in at once and staff couldn’t give one to one interaction to help settle a crying child which wasn’t ideal as children of a young age get quiet upset. The most disappointing was I rang up to see how she is and was told she isn’t settling, (again understandable-as she is only a mont year old and it was a new setting) but not informed she hadn’t eaten all day, at pick up was again not informed, I only found out when I opened her bag and her report paper mentioned it which upset me. The manager was understanding and agreed to let me cancel her contract after 2 days
