Without exception the worst haircut I have ever experienced and unacceptable colouring. Requested Silver highlights (My hair is white ) Result dark grey and poor cut. Returned for renovation-cut even worse \restored colour dull grey/pink NO email address/phone unanswered Left letter of complaint -no response.
